About Us

Southwell Dance School opened in September 2008 providing high quality dance training in Classical Ballet, Modern Jazz and Tap dancing.

Collectively the principals of Southwell Dance School have a wealth of industry knowledge including performing, choreography and teaching. The school works to ensure that individual goals are achieved through the provision of training and access to opportunities.

Southwell Dance School aims to highlight the many and achievable progression routes available within the performing arts and every other year stage a show

for pupils to share their hard work and achievements.

The school's professional endorsers provide both the students and the teachers an accessible link to those in the performing arts industry and they will regularly deliver workshops, and share insight and advice.

Fundamental to all of the above is the individual student's enjoyment and achievement.
