An additional class which is complimentary for those taking 3 classes per week or more. 

The class centres on exercises and stretches integral to ballet technique, posture, core strength and weight placement.

This class is highly recommended for those who want to complement their existing training and improve their classical technique. It is essential for pupils wishing to audition for opportunities and look at taking their dancing more seriously.

For the senior pupils this will also include pointe work.
